Ellen Buettner-Wolf brings two decades of leadership, human resources management, communications, and legal experience to support Cadence clients.

A licensed attorney, Ellen holds a juris doctorate, a master’s degree in administrative leadership and a doctorate in organizational communication, specializing in organizational ethics.

Throughout her career, Ellen has served in a variety of leadership roles for large, public sector organizations, including chief executive officer, chief of staff, and director of human resources. In these roles, Ellen led large-scale organizational change, industry reform, and performance improvement initiatives.

Ellen is a firm believer that organizational success is rooted in its culture. She is passionate about supporting leaders in elevating performance management, employee engagement, and ethical decision-making to create a firm foundation for organizational prosperity.
